1. Hizmet
Dino Adventure, çocuklar için bir mobil oyundur. Oyunun temel içeriği ücretsizdir ve reklam içerebilir. İsteğe bağlı Premium abonelik reklamları kaldırır ve ek içerik açar.
2. Abonelik ve ücretsiz deneme
Premium, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Uygun kullanıcılar için 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik ücretli olarak başlar ve her dönem sonunda yenilenir. Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Apple Kimliğinizden veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Aboneliği cihazınızın Ayarlar › Abonelikler (iOS) ya da Google Play › Abonelikler (Android) bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
3. Ebeveyn sorumluluğu
Satın alma, bağlantılar ve ayarlar yetişkinler içindir ve bir ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Ebeveynler çocuklarının uygulamayı kullanımını gözetmekle sorumludur.
4. Hesap ve veriler
Oyunda hesap veya giriş yoktur; ilerleme yalnızca cihazda saklanır ve uygulama silinince silinir. Premium aboneliği aynı Apple Kimliği veya Google hesabıyla başka bir cihazda "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" ile kullanabilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyundaki karakterler, görseller, sesler ve kodlar Dino Adventure'a aittir veya lisanslıdır. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı bir lisans verilir.
6. Sorumluluk
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
7. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada duyurulur. İletişim: support@denizsengul.com. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
1. The service
Dino Adventure is a mobile game for children. The core game is free and may show ads. An optional Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks extra content.
2. Subscription and free trial
Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Eligible users get a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and renews at the end of each period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play › Subscriptions (Android). Refunds follow the store's rules.
3. Parental responsibility
Purchases, links and settings are for grown-ups and sit behind a parental gate. Parents supervise their children's use of the app.
4. Accounts and data
The game has no accounts and no sign-in; progress is stored only on the device and is removed when the app is deleted. Premium can be used on another device with the same Apple ID or Google account through "Restore Purchases". See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
The characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to Dino Adventure or are licensed. You receive a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may change; important changes are announced in the app. Contact: support@denizsengul.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
